Media Outlets and Content Creators seeking to cover the event with a Media Accreditation: This includes journalists, photographers, and content creators from recognized media organizations or personal profiles who wish to report on the event. These applicants can apply for media accreditation to gain access to exclusive media areas and resources.
Media Outlets and Content Creators interested in racing and covering the event with a Media Entry: For media representatives who not only wish to cover the event but also want to take part in the race itself, this page allows them to apply for a media entry. Approved media entries will allow them to experience the event firsthand and create engaging, immersive content from within the race.
Please use the appropriate section of this form to ensure your application is directed to the correct category. Our team will review each application and confirm accreditation or media entry based on eligibility and availability.
To make media accreditation more convenient we have centralized the accreditation process for all Epic Series Events.
Media Accreditation ends a week before race day. Please note there are a limited number of media credentials for the race and that media must:

For media representatives who not only wish to cover the event but also want to take part in the race itself and create content before, during and after, this page allows them to apply for a media entry. Approved media entries will allow them to experience the event firsthand and create engaging, immersive content from within the race.
Please note that Media Entries are decided 6 months in advance of the event date, so if you are interested in applying for a Media Entry, please do so with enough time.
The more complete the production is, the better we can make a decision; our focus is on video, social, and media content.
