2025 Team pricing
The SPAR Swiss Epic offers two registration options: Ride Only, which includes race participation without accommodation, and the Hotel Package, which includes both race participation and premium accommodation.

Prices are per team of TWO, inclusive of VAT and Registration fees.
Ride only
The ride only package offers riders five days of unforgettable mountain biking on the breathtaking alpine trails of Graubünden. It includes lunch in the race village each day, but excludes breakfast and dinner. You and your partner will need to arrange your own accommodation.

To keep in mind: Participants registered using the Ride Only Registration will not be eligible for some of these services included in the registration, such as the 5-Day Accommodation in the Official Hotels.
NOTE: The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. IRONMAN Switzerland AG will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, IRONMAN Switzerland AG in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes/they become insolvent. Hotel package
The SPAR Swiss Epic is a premium, full-service mountain bike stage race, in which riders are left with nothing to do except pedal their bikes! The all-inclusive package covers five nights of accommodation in double rooms, meals, luggage transfer, bike-wash, a bike doctor and more.

We understand that entering an Epic Series event is a big commitment, so we offer you the payment plan from which you can benefit if you sign up until 24 November 2024. The payment plan consists of 3 payments; these are due on the dates below:
- Payment 1 (50%): At the time of registration
- Payment 2 (25%): December 22, 2024
- Payment 3 (25%): January 26, 2025
Setting up the payment plan is easy, you can select the option during the registration process. If you have any questions, please send us an email: [email protected] and we’d be glad to assist.
Please note: Your registration is only valid when all 3 payments have been made. When choosing the payment plan, you can’t claim any partial refund.
Teams who register on or before 24 November 2024 are eligible to defer their 2025 race entry to the 2026 edition free of charge. All deferral requests will be honored until midnight, 1st of February 2025 regardless of the reason for deferral. Deferral requests must be submitted via the online deferral form. The deferral may be only used once.
Please Note: Riders who were deferred from 2024 to 2025 are not eligible for deferral into 2026.

If you are unable to find a substitute rider/team, withdrawal requests must be sent via the online withdrawal form during the following time frames to be eligible for a partial refund:
- From opening of registration until 27 October 2024: 100% refund (less the 4% of processing fee).
- From 28 October 2024 until 30 November 2024: 75% refund (including processing fee).
- From 1 December 2024 until 31 January 2025: 50% refund (including processing fee)
- From 1 February 2025 until 29 February 2025: 25% refund (including processing fee).
- From 1 March 2025: no refunds will be made.

If one registered team member of a team can no longer participate due to sickness or injury, a Rider change can be requested considering the Rider change processing fees below.
The Rider dropping out of the Package needs to submit the online Rider change request form. In this online request form the Rider dropping out must inform the Organiser if any optional extras booked in his/her registration should be transferred to the new Rider or if they are to be refunded according to the refund conditions above. Once the form has been submitted, the Rider change will be actioned within 7 working days after which the remaining rider can invite their new partner.
Traveler Transfer (Rider/Supporter change) processing fee:
- Until 15th of May 2025: EUR 30
- From 15th of May 2025: EUR 60

Each full team transfer is subject to the below processing fees. A full team transfer, including personalized services, is possible until three months prior to the start of the Package, subject to the processing fee stipulated below. During the period between three months until one month before the Package, the transfer is subject to a processing fee outlined below to compensate cost of changes within the personalized services of the new Riders. In order to process the full team transfer, the Team Captain would need to submit the online full team transfer request form. In this online request form the Team Captain must inform the Organiser if any optional extras booked in his/her registration should be transferred to the new team or if they are to be refunded according to the refund conditions above. Once the form has been submitted, the full team change will be actioned within 7 working days and a registration link will be sent to the new Team Captain.
