Team Categories
Teams in the UCI categories will not qualify for age group leader jerseys in Mixed, Open, Masters, Grand Masters, and Great Grand Masters categories. Team age group will be determined by the age of the youngest rider in your team.
Both riders are male/female and have a valid UCI Elite License and are 19 years or older as of 31 December of the year in which the race takes place.

Rider Service
At the Epic Series Rider Service Department, you're our top priority. Our main focus is to provide with the best possible service that's why here you will find all the information about the journey you are ready to start. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re always here to meet your needs please do not hesitate to contact us for more info.
We understand that registering for an Epic Series event is an important commitment, which is why we offer a payment plan that you can benefit from if you register by October 26, 2025. The payment plan consists of 3 installments to be paid on the following dates:
- Payment 1 (50%): At the time of registration
- Payment 2 (25%): November 24, 2025
- Payment 3 (25%): December 22, 2025
Setting up the payment plan is easy; you can select this option during the registration process. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.
Important note: Your registration will only be valid once all 3 installments have been paid. By choosing the payment plan, you will not be able to request any partial refund.
Teams who register on or before 26 October 2025 are eligible to defer their 2026 race entry to the 2027 edition free of charge. All deferral requests will be honored until midnight, 1st of February 2026 regardless of the reason for deferral. Deferral requests must be submitted via the online deferral form. The deferral may be only used once.
Please Note: Riders who were deferred from 2025 to 2026 are not eligible for deferral into 2027.

If you are unable to find a substitute rider/team, withdrawal requests must be sent via the online withdrawal form during the following time frames to be eligible for a partial refund:
- From opening of registration until 26 October 2025: 100% refund (less the 4% of processing fee).
- From 27 October 2025 until 30 November 2025: 75% refund (including processing fee).
- From 1 December 2025 until 31 January 2026: 50% refund (including processing fee)
- From 1 February 2026 until 14 May 2026: 25% refund (including processing fee).
- From 15 May 2026: no refunds will be made.

If one registered team member of a team can no longer participate due to sickness or injury, a Rider change can be requested considering the Rider change processing fees below.
The Rider dropping out of the Package needs to submit the online Rider change request form. In this online request form the Rider dropping out must inform the Organiser if any optional extras booked in his/her registration should be transferred to the new Rider or if they are to be refunded according to the refund conditions above. Once the form has been submitted, the Rider change will be actioned within 7 working days after which the remaining rider can invite their new partner.
Traveler Transfer (Rider/Supporter change) processing fee:
- Until 14th of May 2026: EUR 30
- From 15th of May 2026: EUR 60

Each full team transfer is subject to the below processing fees. A full team transfer, including personalized services, is possible until three months prior to the start of the Package, subject to the processing fee stipulated below. During the period between three months until one month before the Package, the transfer is subject to a processing fee outlined below to compensate cost of changes within the personalized services of the new Riders. In order to process the full team transfer, the Team Captain would need to submit the online full team transfer request form. In this online request form the Team Captain must inform the Organiser if any optional extras booked in his/her registration should be transferred to the new team or if they are to be refunded according to the refund conditions above. Once the form has been submitted, the full team change will be actioned within 7 working days and a registration link will be sent to the new Team Captain.
